We aim to keep returns fair and straightforward while maintaining product integrity and safety standards.

Important: No Cash Refunds
Approved returns are issued as store credit only. We do not provide cash refunds.

Return eligibility
Returns may be accepted where:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in resale condition
  • The item is returned with original packaging (where applicable)
  • The return is requested within a reasonable timeframe

Items that may not be eligible for return
For safety and product control reasons, some items may not be returnable, including:

  • Cut-to-length items (e.g., wire sold by the foot)
  • Special-order items
  • Installed or used products
  • Items returned without original packaging (where packaging is required)

Exchanges
If the wrong size or type was selected, we may be able to exchange the item (subject to availability and eligibility). Where an exchange is not possible, an eligible return will be processed as store credit.

How to request a return
Please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • The product name
  • The reason for the return

We’ll confirm the next steps and whether the item is eligible before you bring it in or send it back.
